The upcoming OnePlus 12 will boast a brand-new Sony LYT-808 sensor, co-developed with Sony. Hasselblad will fine-tune the cameras, and Oppo’s HDR and portrait technologies will enhance image processing. The primary camera is a powerful 50MP Sony LYT-808, accompanied by a large 64MP sensor with a telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom, f/2.6 aperture, and OIS. Marketed as a “periscope” telephoto camera, it promises more than the standard 3x zoom.
The teaser gives a quick glimpse of the display too. OnePlus dubs it the 2K ProXDR display. OnePlus 12 will reportedly feature a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO BOE X1 OLED display and driven by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. It will have 5400mAh battery supporting 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. With up to 24GB RAM and 1TB storage, phone will run on Android 14-based OxygenOS out of the box.
