Samsung has launched two new 5G smartphones in India, the Galaxy A54 and the Galaxy A34, just a day after their global launch. Both devices come with a range of features, including 5G connectivity, octa-core chipsets, and an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance. Upgrades and Updates
One of the biggest upgrades in the camera department is the addition of a wider OIS angle, VDIS support, and Nightography, which ensures users can take high-quality photos and videos, even in low-light conditions. Furthermore, both the Galaxy A34 and the Galaxy A54 will receive four years of Android OS upgrades and five years of security patches, which is similar to more expensive Samsung flagships, so users can expect updates up to Android 16.
Samsung Galaxy A54 Features
The Samsung Galaxy A54 boasts a 6.4-inch 1080p Super AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and Vision Booster support. The device also comes with a 5000mAh battery and 25W charging support, providing long-lasting battery life. It runs on Android 13 OS and OneUI 5.1 out of the box and features a triple camera setup with a 50MP primary lens, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 5MP depth sensor. The device also has a 32MP selfie camera and is powered by the Exynos 1380 SoC paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of storage that is expandable via a microSD hybrid slot.
Samsung Galaxy A34 Features
The Samsung Galaxy A34 features a 6.4-inch 1080p Super AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 5000mAh battery with 25W charging support, and Android 13 OS and OneUI 5.1 out of the box. The device also comes with a triple camera setup with a 48MP primary lens, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 5MP macro lens, along with a 13MP selfie camera. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage that is expandable via a microSD hybrid slot.

Both devices are available for purchase with EMI options across Samsung exclusive and partner stores, Samsung.com, and other online shopping sites starting from 28th March. Customers can pre-order the phones from 16th March to 27th March and get the Galaxy Buds Live at just Rs. 999. The Galaxy A54 with 8+128GB starts at Rs. 38,999, and the 8+256GB variant at Rs. 40,999 with a cashback of Rs. 3,000 on bank purchases. The Galaxy A34 with 8+128GB is priced at Rs. 30,999 with a cashback of Rs. 3,000 on bank purchases.
