Chinese smartphone manufacturers are now offering devices with exceptionally high charging speeds, ranging from approximately 67W to 120W. Currently, the Realme GT 3 has surged ahead and claimed the prestigious title of the world’s fastest-charging phone available for purchase, featuring an astounding 240W charging speed.

Samsung is often criticized for not making faster charging phones. Many were hopeful that the new Galaxy S24 Ultra would support super-fast 65W charging. However, recent listings on China’s 3C agency have revealed disappointing news. The Galaxy S24 series will stick to the same charging speeds as the previous models. The regular Galaxy S24 (SM-S9210) will have a maximum charging speed of 25W(9V/2.77A), just like the older Galaxy S23.
