Vivo V23 5G is now receiving Android 14 firmware update

Vivo V23 5G was announced back in January 2022 coming out-of-the-box with Android 12. While i enjoy this phone for more than a year now, i have to say that it’s an underrated device. It has a nice design, good photo capabilities for a mid-range, good battery life and a snappy UI. Today i was surprised to receive a huge update of 5.55GB with Android 14, many fixes, upgrades and also the latest Android security patch of March 2024, that was some good timing.

As it can been seen from the screenshot below that was created just today, 14/03/2024, the update also comes with the all new Funtouch OS 14 and update code is PD2167DF_EX_A_14.2.10.3.W30. The phone feels faster and everything seems to works nice and stable. Probably this will be the last update from Vivo and the device should receive only some security updates for about a year. Feel free to find more details about the update Below.
